mini zen sand garden sandbox
newtons cradle
electric kettle
Paper shredder
adjustable phone stand
phone dock with qi charging and bluetooth audio and usb ports to charge hub
portable speaker/sound system
everything cordless
external hard drive loaded with shows and music and tools

a flat clean surface
a computer with both a physical keyboard and Internet connection
a hydrating beverage
no other noises
no visual distractions or movement
sunlight
good pens
a blank notepad
planning notebook / bullet journal

No offense OP but your ideal work environment sounds hellish to me.

Haha id keep things stowed away unless i needed them. Im all about minimalism when it comes to surfaces. Need not, take up space and in my face not

Sunlight is nice one but id also like good drapes in case im feeling dark that day
