If the ISP router is set to 5ghz channel only, and/or only use latest wifi standard, it could be older devices only accept 2.4ghz channel and/or old WiFi b/g/n standard. Modifying the channels broadcast and legacy WiFi standards may help.
But there could be other issues to do with SSID and password.
Im going to try going into the admin panel thing and check on that, thanks
