  • SSID is new and different
  • typed same password exactly on all devices (confirmed by watching each letter revealed at end which only disappears after a second or the next character is typed

Your phone isn't connecting fibre optically, it's connecting to a WIFI router, as part of you switching they set up a new WIFI router and even if you used the same password there's about a half dozen other things that could be configured differently that would prevent them from easily swapping over. Everything from a different SSID, to using different encryption, to using different wifi specs (802.11b/n/g/ac/ax), to using different bands, could cause the problems you're encountering.

Get your technician back, and have them help you fix it. I don't mean to be rude, but you aren't qualified to do this on your own.
