I immediately thought styracosaur, but I guess I'd need a definition of horn. Does and anklyosaur count? They've got spikes, but not really horns. Do the spikes on a pachycephalosaur count? Do they have to be facing foreward? Do they have to be on the head?

Now I feel like I don't know as much about dinosaurs as I once did.
