This seems like the most appropriate community. It's not a meme but an out of context picture with political connotations. From the look of things, I'm sure !pics@lemmy.world would like to stay as politics free as possible.
This picture of a child wearing a blue cape with the Superman logo was floating around for a little bit before the Superman movie and is apparently taken in Palestine some time before the Oct 7 events. I haven't come across any solid source for this though and backstories may vary.
