When people are being disappeared for nothing but the color of their skin, no way would I fuck with them just for funsies. It’s all fun and games until you end up hogtied, and in the back of a truck by cowards with masks, with no due process at all.

I know someone who is Indian, 3rd generation in the US, full American citizenship, and she was detained by ICE at the border coming in from Canada with no justification whatsoever.

They made her call her employer (a government contractor) to verify her employment.

I'm hoping things might start turning. The October 18 protest and the bloodbath in yesterday's election shows that majority of Americans are pissed.

I think it may some Republicans start thinking if their "trump train" is going in the right direction.

If they're likely on their way out of power next election anyways, why not just accelerate and aim to not even pretend to have a fair election?

And we say again: Please see the previous election.

These people are doing all they can already to change votes. Those in power are ruthless, but they’re scared of getting caught (they just generally suggest their supporters should “do something”)

Trump won't, but some politicians are trying to distance themselves. For example Greene. That doesn't mean she now is trustworthy (quite the opposite) but it will be hindrance to him.

This also is signal to those that are doing their bidding like ICE that they might be on the losing side and be thrown under the bus.

Same with service members.

They need other people to do their bidding.

Nah, this will not happen. People like Greene are irrelevant, as Trump has bullied far more popular politicians out of office without the power of the state at his disposal. ICE are Trump's most loyal and will never abandon him; only service members forced to break their oaths would ever turn on him, and I doubt anything outside of impending nuclear Holocaust will build enough momentum to topple him.

Supposedly MTG was specifically instructed not to run for reelection by Trump (and defying such commands by a party leader is political suicide of course), so now she's lashing out and trying to knock him down a few pegs, likely banking on looking better when he either passes or falls from power, whichever happens first
