i forgot to mention, abusing it if your income is higher than the maximum income requirement for snap/medicaid, that is also abuse if you dint report it to get off medicaid, and puts you in legal trouble, you might have to pay back for the services used. buying expensive, or non-essential things doesnt sound like abuse, just irresponsible spending.
