I'ts not supposed to make sense, it's supposed to convince people not to vote, because people exercising their rights are inconvenient to the republican leadership and their backers.

People can still vote, just for neither of the major parties which to imbeciles is no different than not voting since ya'll want to keep us trapped in this shit instead of getting out there and doing the hard work of building actual progressive parties up.

77 million votes for one major party. 75 for the other. And 3 million for all others. Tell me, what is this going to accomplish? Do you honestly believe you are going to make ANY change by voting 3rd party?

I get the mentality that you want change, and voting for one of the same two parties feels like it won’t change anything, but neither will throwing your vote away!

Do democrats often disappoint? Yes! But they are also hamstrung by a system that benefits republicans. You want universal healthcare? It will NEVER happen so long as republicans control so much of the legislation.

IMO, the best chance for progressives is to keep voting for Democrats and use your primary vote to pick the progressive candidate. Vote 3rd party and you are just making it easier for the Republicans to do the exact opposite of what you want.
