Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
- No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Report them, block them, and live a happier life than they do. We see too many slapfights that boil down to "Mom! He's bugging me!" and "I'm not touching you!" Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
- Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

While it is true that ICE is state sanctioned evil, most of their henchmen are fucking idiots.
Their very sloppy attempts to disguise their faces while on the clock, is simply no match for crowd sourced doxxing, and the comprehensive and redundant databases that are currently up and running.

Congrats. You identified an ICE officer. They and their backers tied you to those efforts and now you accidentally flagged as an immigrant. But I am sure someone will figure out what happened to you when you are beaten and bloody in Sudan
The point of shit like this is to normalize the jackboots walking around scanning everyone. It is one, much more incompetent, step past "papers please"
Also, what’s stopping people from signing up for ICE then leaking the names of all their colleagues? Sign up, get paid, do as much good as you can until they fire you… so long as people are loosing jobs in this shit economy, I don’t understand why we haven’t seen a single case of this yet?
People who lost their job as part of the shutdown, what do you have to loose?
I am just going to say this:

I don’t think anyone should comment on this post if they would do such a thing, but the economy is hard rn, lots of people losing their jobs. And ICE has a huge fucking budget next year with lots of hiring… could be a win/win for society if enough people lose their jobs and need to turn to ICE to not only get paid, but also improve society as a whole.
Sabotaging from within is a romantic notion, but one that often doesn't work out.
Well now I absolutely expect to read a future story about somebody working their way into ICE to do some good. But then before they knew it they were hauled out into the desert and told by masked men to execute a Mexican detainee like some kind of fucked up gang initiation ritual, to prove their true loyalty.
We have crowd sourcing, they have billions of dollars in tech and effectively a blank check. It's an arms race, and we've already lost it.
When it's go time, make yourself useful, and stay the fuck out of the way.
I'm just saying that this is going to be a 2A thing, since they are already stepping away 1A and 4A.
