I think this is an image from the 2016 era. Is that Rand Paul on the front left?
I think it's Paul Ryan. And center-right looks like Steve Scalise. So this is almost definitely a pic from the first half of Trump's first term when Paul Ryan was still speaker of the house.

It's just an ai upscale, actually. I really wish people wouldn't do that. It makes trying to find signal in the noise so much harder.
