That's not the same operation. From your own fucking source in the OP:

According to 3 officials who are now under the control of the Trump administration, this agent began this operation under Biden. Then even after he retired the CIA agent continued the operation? Which sounds pretty similar to the men involved in Operation Gideon.

I'm not denying Biden may have continued what Trump started, but Operation Gideon, the poorly planned and executed first attempt to overthrow Maduro began under Trump in 2020.

Not sure if you're trying to defend what Trump is currently doing or just calling out Biden for also doing shady regime change shit? Either way, it seems like mostly a distraction from the point, which is that it seems ridiculous to use the old standby "they're a threat to global democracy." When democracy is under attack in the United States.
