I wasn't going to do anything productive in that first 10 minutes anyway, so...
Is there anyone covering for you? If so does their time have no value.
Not every job needs someone to cover. My work is about deadlines. As long as I meet them, I can work whenever and wherever I want aside from meetings and work events.
If your lateness doesn’t impact anyone that’s unlikely to be a problem BUT given Gen Z’s age range it is unlikely they aren’t mostly in shift work.
