I think there are bots, but from what I've seen on account histories, sadly I'm more inclined to believe that its organic accounts posting or relying to content. This shit has gone so far, that i was playing an online game in which i never saw anyone talk about politics, that people were cheering on hilter and trump and using derogatory names for muslims and refugees and immigrants. they went even as far as getting a character named similar to adolf hilter, outit style and color as close as possible, got a object in the game that is a fireplace, and put bodies around it yelling (its a chat feature when typing for it to be broadcasted further on the map) juden! juden!. people drawing swastikas all over the main city areas. people cheering on white power. I was like "what the fuck is this" and sadly a game i played for a long time has turned into this political platform for far right messages, and the cherry on top is the company (cipsoft) is based in germany.
