If they don't care, they don't have to wonder if they get treated as the kidnapping street thugs they are.
It's a big step into the direction of really being able to fight back and with force if necessary.

Not if they don't want to get shot, because people will think they're just impersonating actual law enforcement if they keep wearing masks and defend themselves from the threat.

Yeah, it would be really terrible if the state of California had to muscle the federal government for violating state law. This is useless, right?
