The CEO was killed because of an ongoing harm he was doing. Kirk was killed because someone didnt like what he was saying. If you dont see the difference, well, you might be the dumbest cunt on here yet.

The US government does not believe the CEO was doing harm.

You distinguish a difference between the two but the US government does not.

Furthermore, an insurance claimant (i.e. someone actively being denied healthcare by insurance) was detained for using the words "delay, deny, depose" on the phone. This was under the previous administration. But both administrations agree with the arrest.

If you think one person's use of words meant he deserved death and another person's use of words is incapable of doing the same, that makes no sense.
