The FBI is asking for the public’s help identifying the person in connection with the attack at Utah Valley University on Wednesday.

But Kash said they had the person after the shooting happened. Are we saying the FBI has no clue what's going on and maybe making shit up?

I believe he was referencing the Colorado shooter.

No, they arrested an old white man in the crowd who they later released who I believe made a scene saying it was him so they would be distracted looking for the actual shooter
