This article is nonsensical. All it says is how bad breakfast cereal is and then concludes that breakfast cereal is ok to eat in the morning if you control portion size. Something that he discussed is hard because of the added sugar. The premise is that the author loves cereal so it really looks like he doesn't care what science says and urges you to do the same.

Also this website seems unscientific because it discusses highly controversial practices like acupuncture very favourable with very limited evidence.
