Let me get this straight...

Trump is worthy of the Nobel Prize because the vaccine says CEO of a company that made 80 billion dollars from it.

Trump meanwhile during the pandemic told people to take horse meds, drink bleach, and inject sunlight into their bodies.

Now that same Horse Pharmacist Regime, with Bobby (more experience as a heroin user than a doctor) Brainworm is trying to ban the very covid vaccines they previously came up with.

The mental gymnastics on this one would make Simone Biles blush.

methinks pfizer is doing an uno-reverse snooker kinda thing.

It’s one way for them to force RFK out and demand that vaccine requirements remain.

It’s honestly a fantastic move. It demonstrates a real understanding of the opponent and the new rules of the game.

It’s an appeal to vanity (a troll). Trump is wildly vain and if he thinks this qualifies him for a Nobel (it doesn’t) then he might just put the worm back in its jar for awhile.

I think this is legitimately it.

This isn't sycophantic, it's desperation. They're watching the future of their industry (mRNA) disappear right in front of them, along with the related money.

They need Trump to get it in his head that the vaccine makes him a hero, so that MAGA will come around on vaccines and keep them rich.

No doubt in my mind. I bet that hurt to come out and say publicly.

[–] Red0ctober@lemmy.world 3 points 19 hours ago (1 children)

Maga won't come around on it though. They booed him as he was promoting the vaccine at one of his ego stroke rallies.

It doesn't matter. They can convince their supporters of literally anything. And even if they can't, they've been so successful at demonizing dems that their voters would sooner vote for the devil himself so long as he had on a red tie and an (R) next to his name.

That's Captain Roadkill Brainworm, thank you very much.
