Nobody hates Lindsay Graham for being gay, the hate is that he’s gay and a bigot.

I hate Lindsey Graham for having the audacity to talk and act the way he does while not even owning a seersucker suit.

Idk if we should be extra mad at a bigot just because they are gay. Seems to me like we should be the normal amount of mad

We're not extra mad because he's gay, we're extra mad because he's a hypocrite.

I've yet to find a bigot who isn't a hypocrite. The firm belief that rules are for their lessers is basically the core tenet of conservatism in 2025

You should be extra mad about someone being publicly anti gay but privately gay

If someone is a bigot, that's one reason to be mad at them.

If someone is a bigot or allies with bigots against something that they themselves are (publicly or privately), that's at least three reasons to be mad at them: bigotry, hypocrisy, and betrayal of other people who are the same thing.

I agree. I'm mad at him because he has betrayed the people of the country he is supposed to serve more times than I can count. Sexuality, gender, race, etc. have no bearing on my feelings about him.
