It's kind of a thing we are seeing everywhere these days.

People need to halt on these type of elective procedures. It gets expensive, you all start looking the same, and it's ugly.

And it still doesn't fucking work even after decades of this shit. People's faces keep on sagging and collapsing afterwards, even faster than otherwise because of all the tissue trauma. If they look good at all, it's for just a brief moment in time after months of healing and before the decay resumes.

Right. A recent South Park episode shows what happens to those faces and the upkeep it needs.

I think the docs push this bullshit on social media, get people hooked, and it's recurring income for them to hell with the long term consequences for the patient.
