The U.S. Senate faces renewed calls to reject Emil Bove III as an appellate judge nominee after a second whistleblower came forward about his conduct at the DOJ.

Every single day since his inauguration has been the time to fight.

The problem is that the people who would fight him can't and the people who could fight him won't.
