A third of Canadians need to get their heads on right.
They're a danger to the country. We dodged Poilievre this time, but next time those 34% will still be there and voting to take Canada down the dark path the USA is on.
I am still holding hope that Pierre is on the way out, but I do agree that this 34% of Canadians represents a clear and present danger to Canada as a whole.
The CPC still has not shown any hints they are considering jettisoning the Reform Party wing, or giving up grievance politics and culture war bullshit for old-fashioned fiscal conservatism or even more mainstream social conservatism. I suspect they are just too tightly coupled to oil interests (i.e., corporate welfare queens) to put actual policies forward that could potentially bite the hand that feeds them.

Having them slanted to the right is a big part of the problem.
It is really weird to me that you felt the need to do this.
