Clarification: I want an app that can block both trackers and ads device-wide.

If you're talking about DNS, you can use mullvad:

"https://adblock.dns.mullvad.net/dns-query" for Ads + Trackers,
"https://base.dns.mullvad.net/dns-query" for Ads + Trackers + Malware

If you're talking about browser extension, use:

or uBlock Origin Lite if you use Google Chrome.

The better solution would be to drop Chrome and go for FireFox or a FireFox based browser with uBlock Origin instead.
