Whatever happened to that lawsuit trying to block arbitrary executive tariffs? The law that Trump is using to threaten all these tariffs has a set of causes listed, something like emergency economic events, price shocks, crashes, etc. I'm sure prosecution of the president's friends is not on the list.

Short answer: ROFL Seriously? You think Trump will bow before the courts and obey their rulings? HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHA

Long answer: A few days after your link was posted, the appeals court put the ruling on hold. SCOTUS is now trying to decide whether or not they will take up the case. As of three weeks ago, SCOTUS declined to speed up their decision making on whether or not they will even hear the case.
