Between January 10 and January 12, after being warned that an EV rebate program was running out of funds, Tesla dealerships in Canada managed to claim 8,669 individual iZEV EV rebates, or about $43 million CAD in incentives. That’s a staggering number of sales to log in a single weekend, about 1.5 sales per minute. Let's dig into the numbers.

Knowing Canada though they’d go ‘well it’s not illegal’ and do dick all about it. You could slap them in the face with obvious manipulation and unless they had a law already in place they wouldn’t flinch. Intent be damned no matter how obvious. It’s all about overt action with them.

Then they’d decide to go nanny state and announce ‘no rebate programs ever forever because of this one thing happening that I didn’t address’ instead of dealing with this shit directly.

this kneeling to the devil shit and cowing to opportunists is getting real old. Real fast
