Wait so does that mean that removing dams blocking salmon access to the beautiful rivers of the western United States has become an issue of national security?

I mean fuck those fish but that is just sad if there are a bunch of F/A-18s swimming around at the base of the dam unable to get far enough upstream to reach the defense industry buildings where they breed.
