A hospital in the Israeli town of Beersheba has been hit as Iran fired a barrage of missiles, with the conflict between the two countries continuing into a seventh day.

Iran said the strike had targeted a military site close to the hospital, not the facility itself. Dozens of people were reported injured in several locations across Israel, including near Tel Aviv.

After visiting the Soroka Medical Centre on Thursday, Israel's Defence Minister Israel Katz said Iran's supreme leader "can no longer be allowed to exist".

Meanwhile, Israel's military said it had targeted Iran's nuclear sites including the "inactive" Arak heavy water reactor and Natanz facility.

You have to be special kind of a scumbag to intentionally bomb hospitals full of innocent people.

Iran is also bad.

This is the only sane take. Bombing hospitals is a war crime for a goddamn reason.

There is simply no excuse for this, both sides should be held liable for their war crimes.

it will be considered a war crime

but it'll boil my blood when she the countries who defended and sponsored the Gaza genocide will come out to declare Iran bombing a hospital a war crime and will cooperate with the ICC (or appropriate body) to prosecute Iran.

because bombing all the hospitals in a country is fine, but one is Israel does it

Yeah, I agree. Not sure why the west is so eager to shield Israel from their responsibilities, but Netanyahu and co should stand trial for their crimes against humanity. But so should Khamenei.

If we want to hold Iran to account for this one war crime and Israel to account for its thousands of war crimes, that sounds like Justice, yes. Lets do Israel first.

Agreed. I don't care who gets tried in The Hague first though, so long as both get their lawful comeuppance.

agreed, love it. Lets just start using laws again, and suffer real consequences for breaking them.
