Another manufacturer who makes tires still in Europe is Hutchinson, though only their higher end tires. Cheaper ones are from China iirc

I bought some continental xynotal and argotal, very high-end mountain bike tires recently, and turns out they're both made in china :(

Shame about the mountain tyres. Pirelli make their tyres in Milan. I wonder if Vittoria do too?
