That was the Formula One Group CEO Stefano Domenicali. Ben-Sulayem ruffled Norris hair on the podium.
It was MBS, Domenicali came in after that, hugging Norris. It was hard to see, as only a hand reached out for Norris' hair from besides the camera, but MBS was recognizable in the mirror when the camera panned away.

Disappointing. Is there a term limit in the FIA?
That is disappointing.
Thereโs a legal challenge coming in Feb due to that fact that it is virtually impossible for rival candidates to get enough support to run for president.
I was rooting for this until I learned that challenge is coming from Bernie Ecclestoneโs wife. Seems a bit suspect on the face of it.
This whole thing has got the whiff of money and influence.

Laura Villars is the person suing the FIA. She is not married to Bernie. Bernie's wife is involved, but on the MBS side of the dispute.
