I mean I know the answer, fox news and similar propaganda, but the dichotomy hurts my brain.

No logic and the attention span of a goldfish.
I think at this point democrats needs move away from the ACA and push for single payer. I would love to see republicans do a 180 and support the ACA marketplaces (which were a conservative idea to begin with) instead of the larger single payer.
To multiple the problem. Rural people will come to the city hospitals that are already overwhelmed and put more pressure on them.
