Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.

All this does is highlight how what really matters is wealth.

Lots of trump voters are dying from lack of healthcare access, and they've been making these same pleas and not getting any response.

They're slowly realizing trump ain't on their side.

Setting them up to flip to a progressive like how 08 Obama managed to flip a shit ton of red states when everyone thought he was progressive

They are not slowly realizing anything. They are firm in their beliefs

Well, if you interact with more trumpets than I do on a day to day basis, I feel sorry for you...

But from what I experience he's losing support and the pace has been picking up.

A friend of ours says you can hear the bumper stickers getting ripped off their vehicles in Florida. He can exaggerate, so I don't know how true that is.

I don’t know if it’s more trumpets but the ones that do exist in my life are very much on the lowest end. Does that make them tubas? Womp womp.

Scott Adams is worth $70 million and couldn't get the treatment himself

[–] TomMasz@lemmy.world 42 points 1 day ago (1 children)

It's sad to hear that Scott Adams is still alive.

[–] samus12345@sh.itjust.works 18 points 1 day ago

Fuck cancer, but maybe fuck this particular cancer less than usual.

[–] JaymesRS@piefed.world 32 points 1 day ago (1 children)

I hadn’t heard that cancer had a Scott Adams.

[–] Ioughttamow@fedia.io 11 points 1 day ago

I thought he was cancer

[–] ExtremeDullard@piefed.social 26 points 1 day ago (2 children)

It you're a Trump supporter, you get your cancer treatment fast!

Nauseating...

Worse, if you are a trump supporter, with a large platform, or a lot of money. Trump sure as hell ain't pulling strings for the people that attend his rallys. Hell didn't biden call the family of the firefighter that took the bullet meant for trump, before trump did, and didn't trump basically spend 10 seconds talking about the guy and made a really tasteless joke during his comment on him.

[–] Kirp123@lemmy.world 9 points 1 day ago (1 children)

If you're a specific kind of Trump supporter. You think he would do the same for some poor schmuck from rural Alabama?

[–] ExtremeDullard@piefed.social 10 points 1 day ago

Schmucks from Alabama have nothing to offer Trump. Scott Adams offers Trump free publicity. Trump never does anything if it doesn't benefit him.

[–] rayyy@piefed.social 19 points 1 day ago (1 children)

he revealed that he was inundated by offers of help from Donald Trump Jr., Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Mehmet Oz

They will certainly offer Adams some herbal tea to get rid of his cancer.

Nah, they know it's a grift and use actual medicine for themselves. The grift is only for the masses.

Good grief, I forgot about this guy and how he so jumped the shark like 20 years ago, when he first came out as a creationist, FFS.

It only got worse from there, because of fucking course. If someone puts themselves out there as some kind of super edgy edgelord about one aspect of science, chances are they are just full of shit and awful in so many other ways, and for Adams, that was definitely true.

[–] captainlezbian@lemmy.world 4 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Wait, he's a creationist? He's also an edgy atheist

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 3 points 1 day ago

He's really bad at it, then.
