I do apologise if people are waiting for my annotations. I also apologise for any arrogance in assuming people are waiting for them.

I haven’t found a window where I can sit down and actively listen to do them. I’m working on “Original Sin” right now and it’s taking a bit of time because (as an English nerd in high school), I have a bit to say about the use of poetry and Shakespeare in this episode.

I look forward to them, so thanks for the update. Take your time.

I'm excited to see your work for E10, but take your time obviously. Really appreciate all the time and effort you're putting in.

Not as dramatic of an ending as I'd expect. But still a pretty fun listen.

I wonder is Lear ever tried to meet up with her Noonien Singh relatives?

I actually feel like La'an really reduces some of the drama of the daughter of Khan trying to find her place and understand where and who she is. She's not technically all alone because she has estranged family who already understands the prejudice of augments in Star Fleet.

I feel it is actually fitting for Khan to stay with his people to lead them. This is a noble trait, but it's also a bit more of an ego thing that does fit his character more than being selfish enough to save himself.

Elborians dying seems like a cop out. But I guess we need a reason the augments never got rescued, and Delmonda would have definitely sent for help.

This is a bit of fiction I never thought needed expanding. But it wasn't so bad. I hope they do some more interesting little side stories or expanded lore on something that might need more exploring. Say what happened to Prime Lorca, or how the events that led to Unification Part 3. You know, something a bit more meaty.

With Tuvok's comment about using his position to advocate for augments, I wonder if they're considering a Tim Russ/Christina Chong spinoff.

I think I agree with your overall sentiment - not the greatest thing I've ever heard, but I'm glad they made it.

The highlights for me were the semi-rehabilitation of McGivers, and the fleshing out of Khan's ~~cult~~ followers. And I'm glad they didn't go down the "Khan wasn't so bad" road, instead going with, "Khan was a pretty bad guy who maybe could have turned it around under different circumstances," which...is a pretty Star Trek message, even if it's not one I was very interested in exploring.

A decent ending to a pretty good show. I'm glad Khan wasn't a good guy after all. I am a little tired of new species being named and not explored. Khan dealing with a shipwreck of Klingons could have been fun, though it wouldn't have left much room for his growth.

Ivan coming back was no surprise at all, but it would have been interesting to hear more about his time away.

There was one voice actor that seemed really flat throughout. I don't want to name them in case they search for themselves; I wouldn't like them to feel badly. I do wonder about the directing for that character, though.
