Then when the pendulum swings, they make out like bandits reselling or even worse, just keep an iron grip on domestic food production.
There's a lot of shit going on that needs paid attention to, but the wealthy directly controlling the food supply is gonna be a lot worse than them directly controlling the housing or utility supply.
This! Not just ranches. Farms as well.
When the dust settles, they will own your flat and your food. 2 of the largest budget positions of most people.
This is modern slavery at a large scale.
You don't get it: You're supposed to be loyal to the King, whereas he owes you nothing in return. Now be quiet peons, or else... Well, it's a nice farm you've got there. It'd be a shame if ICE happened to it.
