I’m still not over how betrayed I felt by this game. This is what convinced me never to preorder again.

Yeah, I think we all had a similar preorder experience at one point or another. There's just no compelling reason to preorder anymore.
Modern day preordering shits me on downloaded media. It makes sense for a item that's physically produced so you reserve your slot, but not in a world where your getting a digital copy of the game.
RIP for those who was still playing this. I tried the game a few years back on Game Pass (or was it a different service?) where I could try it without paying extra. Played 1 or 2 hours or so. It was an okay experience for a disaster game, but got bored quickly. The controls are actually really good and is the reason why this game can be played at all.
Man this game had so much potential and the graphics were fucking AMAZING. There were some really good facets to this. Seriously a shame. Who doesn't want to pop around in iron man - esque armor with heavy guns???
