The US agreed to actually discuss the situation and potentially come to an agreement. Because of that upcoming discussion we'll delay ~~adding an additional 25% (though~~ the original 25% ~~will remain in place~~ for now). Should that discussion not go well, we'll just continue with the plan to impose more tariffs.

Sounds reasonable to me. None of us want this trade war. If you're willing to negotiate an end, we'll hear you out. That doesn't mean we're going to back down.

Krasnov did not say he'd lower the tariffs back down to 25%. He said that Ford is strong man with much millet. Beach party every day!
