Hey can anyone give any context!, authenticator, atleast I thought was a loved app, what are we to do without it, I mean microsoft was a trusted company to whom I could rely on for my security, and its also microsoft whose killing the software, not google!, why has this even happened in the first place

bitwarden for passwords, aegis for time based codes.

choose the eu instance for bitwarden.

don't forget that google play tries to deceive you when searching by showing you the real app down in the results, and the first result usually being an actual piece of malware that tries to lock you in.

Yeah I have heard of bitwarden, but whats this eu mess, and if I am not in eu how do i get it

there's just 2 official servers. the default selection is the one in the USA. you can use any of them regardless of where you live.

there are other public servers too, and it can also be selfhosted.
