Seems like a case where it might have been an actual accident. Sexual harassment is bad, but we as a society do need to figure out how to handle occasional actual oopsies without ending somebody's career.
Dude, he was video taping himself at work. He should resign.
It could have been a series of accidents. Maybe he tripped and fell? And then was trying to call for help… and then uhh..
