Fun fact, the Brazilian Supreme Federal Court has a TV and YouTube channel where they show the judgements and court sessions live. Meanwhile, the USA's court bans cameras from the building even in off hours.

I don't know where in the spectrum the Indian Supreme Court who ruled this in the news stands.

Also, the Brazilian Constitution only protects speech if it's not anonymous.
