I dunno... Hollywood's shown us some pretty badass "nannies" over the years. Maybe the military are just continuing the ICE precedent of targeting mainly those who can't resist. They know they can't beat real nannies.
Good thing it wasn't Mrs. Doubtfire. They'd have their hands full!
