100,000 means they are forced to debate it in parliament.

If we get to that point, email your MP and tell them to show up

100,000 signatures means the petition is considered for a debate. And if it is then chosen, itโ€™d be a Westminster Hall debate with no prospect of influencing legislation. But, as the Government has already responded, we neednโ€™t hang around.

I think every petition that's ever been through the website has got the "lol try harder" response at 10k.

No one pays attention to that one.
