What is a face shield in this context? A surgical mask? I'm pretty sure he wasn't just handing out $400 ballistic face shields.

Though that would be badass.

EDIT: So there are other articles saying it was this riot police like visor being given out. There's a video of a box on the floor being zoomed in on with the pickup in the backgroind, but didn't see the person in the pickup hand them out. Also it states two women were in the truck handing them out, so this guy is the driver or the mastermind or what?
