Huh, ive never heard of another mego grocer with that kind of money to throw around. Thats interesting. Are yall at least unionized like the others?

I like tidal a lot. They pay their artists the highest percentage last i checked, and they have sound quality as their main selling point. The station algorithm is a little bunk though.

I am slowly rebuilding my mp3 library after switching to streaming 15 years ago when it was the hot new thing. Hopefully i can ditch them all together soon.

My shoes have holes in them and i use instant coffee and eat rice & beans most days. I havent been to a salon in 4 years. I cant afford the fruits of my own labor and im on medicaid. I work a skilled union job. They told me i should apply for unemployment when it gets slow.

In our modern world, i often forget that some guys like to date older too. I have a crush on a guy a couple years younger than me and have just kind of not done anything because we are coworkers and I fear he'll reject me for who i am, but thanks for the reminder

Yeah...my union job has contracted yearly raises that almost always beat out inflation. Have technically taken a pay cut the last two years

Inflation is at 9% this year last i checked (US)

So... Is it a kroger or albertsons subsidiary?

This happened in my hometown to a skatepark peer of mine. The cops also ruled it a suicide but none of the skaters that knew him believe that.

Chapel has a few songs about TN, but iirc, that song is based in Cali. So maybe not the club, but a solid chance it was an inspiration.

My eyes dont work together so i dont actually see depth. I can kind of assume depth with paralax and shadows, but i didnt realize until i was in my 20s that people saw stuff like a 3d movie. For some reason (best i can come up with is the exaggerated differences) i can see 3d in vr headsets (stereoscopes) and red/blue 3d. When real-d came out, i was very confused because it just doesnt look 3d to me at all. Edit: Magic Eye doesnt work for me even a little. My brother can do it and i have tried to the point of tears, with tutorials and everything.

Funny, i have a really hard time with maps unless they are oriented with north up. The modern gps orientation drives me crazy

Idk. Imo, the spelling of words matters much more than punctuation and capitalization. "Your" and "you're" have wildly different meanings. If i understand the marriam-webster definition of prescriptivism correctly, it pertains more to the spelling and cultural understanding of the word. Perscriptivism would be saying that what they said was blatantly wrong; which i didnt do. But calling someone stupid while mispelling the main subject of the sentence is pretty ironic and happens a lot.

[For instance: M-W uses the words irregardless and regardless for their example. For this specific scenario, i would say ur is better than your]

But i can just take my stupid elsewhere i suppose (get it? Lol)
