Did this once. Interview was only 10 minutes long and they called me to tell me they were hiring me 20 minutes later ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

My go to is always classic Mince and Tatties. My grandpa made it most nights when I was growing up and I find it very calming and satisfying.
