Willing to do awesome crimes?

Anybody got her number?

how real is this? I just finished watching Bugonia and it feels like the very same plot.

Usually when you search for a headline you'll find the article, or links to the article. I couldn't even find this article.

However, a similar memed article went viral with the headline "Florida man kidnaps scientist to make his dog immortal", and that one also did not originate from an actual news article, but a badly labeled meme site. https://checkyourfact.com/2024/07/10/fact-check-florida-man-kidnapping-scientist-dog-immortal/

Whenever you see a post on the internet with a mugshot and a random bizarre headline it is always false.

I mean 'beats off' was right there headline writer.

Well that's just a normal Tuesday for most people.

Lmao

It wasn't a happy ending for Frey, who after being treated at a local hospital was taken to county jail on charges of public indecency, resisting arrest and theft.

Would not have expected that from a prison photo though, unless made by AI.

[–] Aralakh@lemmy.ca 3 points 1 day ago

Understandable, all I can say is that Florida is doing a lot here lol.

Also the front-facing picture has ears covered by hair, while profile has a fully visible ear. Seems dubious the handcuffed subject tucks hair behind ear in the moments when asked to turn left.

[–] OpenStars@piefed.social 2 points 1 day ago

Unless perhaps that's a requirement - perhaps an officer even does the hair tucking for her? But I know nothing of prison photos:-D.

Mr Fulffykins yawned. The endless eons stretched before his dainty paws; the process to become immortal had uplifted his intelligence. It was worse than just being an immortal cat.

He yawned again and cursed his existence; how old was he now? One or was it two billion. It didn't matter, really what was a billion years when compared to infinity.

The old instincts flared; something moved like a small mammal. The hunger burned; that million year hunger, no food, nothing to catch. Just dust and desolation.
