Isn’t this exactly the type of situation that was being used recently as an example of when an order is so blatantly illegal that the soldier is required not to follow it?

Pete Hegseth’s order to ‘kill everybody’ included alleged drug boat survivors: report

When two survivors emerged from the wreckage, a Special Operations commander overseeing the attack ordered a second strike to comply with Hegseth’s instructions to “kill everybody,” according to The Washington Post, citing officials with direct knowledge of the operation.
The two men were then “blown apart in the water,” according to the report.
This guy needs to be blown apart, or maybe slowly with tiny cuts
It makes me nauseous that my government is responsible for this senseless horror. The military can make no claim to honor when they bomb unarmed men clinging desperately to the burning wreck of the boat that was already illegally bombed.

Yeah he didn't get illegal orders, he gave illegal orders and unless Trump is going to say "everyone in my administration is pardoned of all acts performed during their time in my administration" he is clearly guilty of ordering people to be murdered without any due process.

They think that if someone commits a crime they have moral immunity and are free to do whatever they want to prevent it. It’s very telling that they take that false assumption and commit the worst possible crimes they can come up with in response.
This man is a “Christian” by the way.
Because they’re not drug boats. They’re alleged drug boats. But “innocent until proven guilty” doesn’t fit the project 2025 agenda.
This is just a spin on Obama's drone strikes, it's not unique to Republicans or project 2025.
Project 2025 is about turning America into an authoritarian fascist country, but the worldwide terrorism is bipartisan.
Awful however now even worse with Trump pardoning a real, not imagined, drug lord. Death without trial (or evidence) for potential and most likely poor drug runners but freedom for a convicted drug lord because he could pay Trump off.
