In the short term, sure! In the long term it means that significantly fewer people are interested in facts, sources, and long form information, which can only be bad for Wikipedia and humanity in general.
Every time you use ChatGPT references Wikipedia as a source it loaded the page, and it read it. So technically you’re still using the resources, they just don’t get the opportunity to beg for money, and if they don’t get money they will shut down and then ChatGPT will not have up-to-date information
