Depending on where they live they may be doing this for security reasons. As long as the content is legit I dont see how this would be a problem

The security reasons are fair but the bot-like frequency of posting mixed with never commenting has me feeling uneasy about it.

Not to mention the fact that using accounts as disposable things as OP does means they evade any community bans or even individual user blocking

I see what you mean. It does paint a bit of a suspicious picture when you put it all together like that
