I just hope all the lawsuits happen before he dies. But I'll settle for dragging his bloated corpse to court.
I can't imagine him smelling worse or being any less useful, so it should be allowed.

Lawsuits are dead in the water. It's official acts and presidents are immune for all official acts as of 2024.
Laws change. We just gotta change the Supreme Court.
Many of them would fall out of statute of limitations by then.
If he can't be punished in life there's always damnatio memoriae.
Appropriate his presidencies to "not worth mentioning" and make that the official way for the government to refer to him. Seize his assets and remove his name from everything associated with him. It might not be necessary to ban mentioning him; he'd already throw a fit if he knew that the United States have officially decided to not remember him.
