Well, yeah. There's major domestic terrorism events almost daily lol. Like, literally. The country is terrorism central.
Maybe he means a terrorism attack from outside the borders?

KKK members dropping pamphlets at majority black churches. "That's a hate crime, not terrorism".
So what is the difference between hate crimes and terrorism? Terrorism is against people I like, and hate crimes are against those I don't.
