I wish my anxiety issues were just part of my thinking so I could simply meditate and stop this random feeling of impending doom I've felt all day FOR NO REASON. Can't just take my mind off things to fix actual chemistry problems. ๐ฎโ๐จ
Anxiety is a rational response to what's going on in the world, coupled with the intention to try to live much longer.
Easiest way to deal with news-induced anxiety is to just turn off the news & social media for a few weeks. Does wonders.
